While it only took us about 30 seconds to get in touch with a support agent, each response from the agent took nearly 10 minutes, and they were unable to resolve our query.
We suspect that, although we quickly received an introductory message from an agent named Darbin (“Namaste, chat support me aapka swagat hai, hum kis tarah se aapki madad kar sakte hai?”). This message was most likely automated, and an available agent would reply to us when available.
Support like this is not ideal and creates frustration as we are left without even an estimated time for a reply.
